Question

Hello,
I have an issue with an Exchange server where some emails are dropped upon receiving from internet due to unknown reasons for me...
All I am getting is this error from the sender side:
write error: generic::failed_precondition: write error (0): error
However, there is no error number or description to show any details about this problem...
This issue is happening randomly and there is no any common base for its instances... about 90% of emails are being received with no issues, but the remaining 10% is failing with this above error message.
I appreciate any assistance on this matter
Regards

Perhaps the Cyberoam device is corrupting messages. Seriously, this is not a message I've ever seen questions about.

Are you sure that there is nothing between the Internet and your Exchange server? How is this error message being received?

There is a Cyberoam device between the Exchange Edge server and internet, and I can only see this error message from the sender side mail log search, where I see it has been contacted the Exchange server, and failed with the error I mentioned above...

Hi, I have the same error message but we are not using Cyberoam device. What would you advise?

Test with telnet to port 25 of the next hop server and try to send a message with your fingers.
