error 1713. setup cannot install one of the required products for microsoft visio mui (english) 2016.

Generally, error 1713 is a programming limitation built into Microsoft programs to ensure its customers use the proper setup tool. This error may occur when you attempt to manually install an Office Suite program by clicking on the .msi file provided in the Office Suite file.
In your situation, please try to run the Setup.exe file. To do this, please locate the Setup.exe file in the root folder of the installation source, and then double-click the file.
