I have been using remote desktop for years without any issues, I performed the last windows update, but now I connect to remote desktop, it stays connected for just a few minutes then looses connection & unable to reconnect.
Im not an IT guy so any help will be greatly appreciated & I hope Im in the correct forum, so I apologize in advance if I should be in another forum posting this question.

Hi,
What’s your system version?
Type “winver” in Search Bar to check.
Do you use an Remote Desktop Connection that comes with system or download the Remote Desktop app from the Microsoft store?
Ensured that Windows Firewall was switched off to ensure that the Firewall was not the culprit
Windows Remote Desktop disconnects frequently or automatically
