Excel - 3D Maps Status Code 1

When I try to use 3D Maps, it says

3D maps encountered an error while contacting Microsoft Bing mapping services. Functionality may be limited. Status Code : 1

I don't have any external firewall/antivirus installed. (just defender)

I can open bing.com with browser.

Kindly suggest the solution

Please also check the requirement for Power Map:

DirectX10
Latest graphics driver
Internet functionality requires an Internet connection.
Product functionality and graphics may vary based on your system configuration. Some features may require additional or advanced hardware or server connectivity.
Monitor capable of at least 1024x768 resolution.
Please make sure you have installed Sliverlight: https://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/

If your requirement is perfect please try to repair Office application and check the result；
