I have installed Visual Studio 2012 professional inside our development server (which is windows server 2008 R2) 2 years ago,, now we have build a new development server (windows 2012 R2). and i have download a new visual studio 2012 professional inside it.
now i have these 2 questions:-
1.how i can get the license number from my old visual studio ?
2. how i can remove the license from the old visual studio since we are going to shutdown the old server ,and transfer it to the new VS inside the new server ?

There are three ways to find the product key for Visual Studio:
Look for the product key in one of these locations:
On the installation media (if applicable).
On the MSDN Subscriptions page of the Microsoft website.
Documentation or other communication from the vendor from whom you purchased the software.

For your question 2, since you install a VS 2012 professional on the new server, you could go to Menu>Help>Register Product. sign in with your own account, and enter the old product key on it, after doing this, the dialog will show: license: Product key applied.
After trying the steps, you could use VS 2012 Professional on the new server
