Hi we have applied GPO which turned off monitor after 30 minutes and should lock screen after 60 minutes but what happen when monitor turn off it also lock the screen. Please provide some solution.

Besides, I search online and find out this case, the method here you could have a try for your users
Click on Start and type: Lock Screen Settings. In Lock screen - click on 'Advanced slideshow settings'. In Advanced slideshow settings - there is a setting: 'When my PC is inactive, show lock screen instead of turning off the screen' that was set to ON, change it to OFF.

This isn't even an answer. Why does Windows 10 lock when monitor times out (ex. after 5 minutes), when lock is set to a longer time and there is no screensaver.
It is completely idiotic to lock the PC when you want the monitor to shut down (energy savings, monitor lifespan, because I feel like it...), but if I step away for 5 minutes, locked
This is not a "feature" it is a bug
