None of the secondary servers configured for zone TrustAnchors are responding.
Impact:
Secondary servers will fail DNS queries for the zone TrustAnchors.
Resolution

I am attempting to transfer DNS from a 2008 to a 2012 server and then I would like to transfer everything to a 2016 and retire the 2008.
