At this point, all I'm interested in doing it allowing users to install select applications from the Windows Store. Is a Windows Store for Business the way to do this? I don't want users buying software, or just running amok through the store installing anything that sounds neat.

Yes, with Windows Store for Business you can target which applications are available to your users, and even target specific groups.

Thank you for that. To get past the first page on the site, you have to have more organization privileges than I currently have.
