Hi Arash,
Welcome to the MSDN forum!
According to your logs, I notice the error code of the error message:” Error 0x80070005" is access denied, which is usually related to Windows Update, You can try the following troubleshooting steps.
(1) If you get stuck for a long time, please try to reboot and then resume the installation.
(2) Please ensure that the network connection is stable ,Make sure you are installing VS as an administrator.
(3)Turn off your anti-virus/antispyware software during update VS
(4) You need to check if the Windows Installer service is started.
- Click Start, click Run, type "services.msc" and click OK.
- Find the Windows Installer service and double-click to see if the service's startup type is automatic. Whether the service status is activated, if not, please change to automatic, click the application, and then click the start button.
Hope all above could help you.
Best Regards,
Tianyu

Hi Arash,
Does the above reply help you?
If the issue persists, Please ensure that you have "Full Control" permission on the %ProgramData%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\Packages\ and %temp%
Please use the SubInACL tool to repair file and registry permissions, then re-run the installer. Please refer to this blog for download and use of this SubInACL tool:
I hope the above solution can help you.

Tianyu
