Hi kaneki9,

Welcome to the MSDN forum.

 I checked error log info: C:\Users\Home\AppData\Local\Temp\D1CD15AB-019C-4419-A12D-151036FD5DD3}\cr\SIGame.Setup.exe. That shown you are installing a app named SIgame, am i right? 

If so, since our forum mainly focus on VS IDE issue and i recommend you redirect to the SIGame forum for a better supporting.

Else, please share us VS version and before installation, make sure Windows Update is up and date, disable all anti-virus software, clean-up %temp% folder and run exe as admin.

If this issue still persists, . I need your help to collect installation log. Please use  the Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET Framework Log Collection Tool to gather the installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.zip under %temp% folder. Please upload the file to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link here.
