CSP always shows "loading" on key option when requesting certificate on Edge browser

user cannot request certificate successfully and CSP always shows "loading" on key options when requesting certificate on Edge browser (IE browser is absolutely fine) ), what's the cause and how to solve this? Any could help me on this?

Hi,

I consider that IE will be more stable for CSP, and it is recommended to use IE.

The value in the "CSP" field appears as "Loading" when you use the Advanced Certificate Request page to submit a certificate request to an enterprise CA in Internet Explorer

So according to the information in the link, I suggest that you could clear Edge cache.
