Hi,
We are facing problem in Tuesday patch deployments. There are so many laptops which are under Unknown tab but client check is passed/active. Clients are installed in laptops and all laptops are on the network and reachable.
It is happening with all our Automatic Deployment Rules
What could be the reason and solution?
Thank you
Regards,
Ali

Have you reviewed the wuahandler.log on any of the clients?

Hi XueZhi,
Thanks for your reply. I tried this and it works well. But I need to do it separately on all PCs. Is there someway that I can do it from server side and it can fix on all PCs?
Thank you

Ali

Hi,
Maybe you need to write a PowerShell to do this. And renaming a file is usually better than deleting it directly.
