You could check on DHCP servers for which mode running..Open DHCP console IPv4 right click select properties->Failover->Check the Mode,
Also you can check mode on scopes;Right click on scope->Properties->Failover->on Hot Standy Configuartion,Role of this server,Active&Standby

Hi
This is correct,on hot stand by mode,one dhcp is active the other dhcp node is passive,
Also check about DHCP Failover Modes;

Hi Jamicon,
Agree with Burak, there is no need to worry about the icon.
Here is the reference for DHCP failover:
What is DHCP Failover:

DHCP Failover Hot-Standby Mode:

these are both standby secondary's (each with a max of 32 members)
So why aren't the icons the same?

Hi
On-standby nodes;
- Green check,it is the active node of cluster
- Red arrow shape,it is the passive node of cluster.

I don't think its that simple because out of 32 servers only 1 might be using the standby node (correct me if I am wrong) So, assuming one of them is using the standby as the active node how would I know which one, which site/server?
Are there other ICONS?
