Remove DFS Share

What will be the best way to Remove a DFS share?SHould i stop it from repliacting ,Delete or is there a best practices guide?

The Need is to keep the local shares intact on the member servers,just remove the share form DFS ,

Hello, if you need to keep the share intact, then what you need to do isgo to the DFS mangement console and remove all links pointing to the target share. This will remove all referrals to this share and users/clients will not see itwhen browsing DFS. After this, the share can only be access via \servername\share and not through \domain.com\dfs\share .
