File Explorer flashes bright white when opening it.

Question

Steps to repeat the error:

 If you would like to see this issue on your PC simply go onto the start menu and type animations. Turn OFF Play animations in windows which is under Visual Options. Now in Dark Mode open a file explorer and I am sure you will see the white flash.

1- Select Dark mode on Windows 10.

2- Open windows explorer and then minimize it and open it again. You will see the white flash of background.

This happens on all versions of windows 10. I have had tried all different versions and even the latest update of windows this still occurs. It doesnt matter what Windows version you are using as you can see there is a numerous amount of posts being posted regarding this situation and no one yet has taken any seriousness to it. It has been ignored for more than a year now.

Open Command Prompt as Admin and type the following commands:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

And followed by:**
sfc /scannow**

==============

Other things to do:

First launch the File explorer as a fully maximized window.
On its Ribbon menu, tap or click on View tab, go to Panes group.
Click on the Navigation Pane drop down, and uncheck “Navigation Pane” box.

==============

Under the View tab in Window Explorer, click on the Options button to open the folder options.
Scroll down the menu, locate the “Start folder window in separate process”, and check on its box.

==============

Within the File Explorer, press the Alt+Shift+P from your keyboard together to hide the details pane. If you need to show that again, press the same keys to toggle it.
You can also go to the View tab, click on Details pane to disable it completely.

Hi

I tried this and it did not help the cause because this issue is hard coded for which the white flash happens. I want to know if there is any way I can change the hard coded part.
