You need to fix your work or school account - Popup

Question

Wednesday, August 29, 2018 8:39 PM

How can I fix "You need to fix your work or school account" mesage.

It appears at login for on my customers Win10 1803 (and all older builds) Enterprise.

Previously (1 year ago on the MS Partner forum that is now dead) I had been told the fix was to disable SHARED EXPERIENCES but as you can see in the second screen shot that is set to OFF.

These are all corporate machines connected to an AD domain.  This customer uses Azure AD Sync to pull account informtion in to O365 to accommodate Office365 products including Office 2016.

I do NOT want to disable all alerts as some (in particular the PATCHES INSTALLED, REBOOT SOON alert) are useful.

Hi Ian, Were you able to fix the issue?
I have the same issue on Enterprise Windows 10 system which is connected to a Domain. I I checked the Group Policy > Continue Experiences on this device - It is Not Configured.

It's an old thread, however, I have the same problem and the Group Policy setting disabled did not fix the problem
