We have an end user who is having trouble trying to print a certain email. This has happened twice now. She is trying to print from Outlook 2016 on Windows 10 1703 and is getting an error stating "There is a problem with the selected printer. You might need to reinstall this printer. Try Again or use a different printer"
Any Ideas??

Hi,
Would you please try the following troubleshooting steps and check if they help?
1. Make sure your Outlook has installed the latest update.
2. Try print in Outlook safe mode. (Press Windows key + R, type outlook /safe in the Run box and press Enter.)
3. Temporarily turn off your firewall/security programs and then print a message to check the result.
4. Go to print menu and click on Print Options, click Define Styles, select Memo Style and click Reset. Click OK.
Then, select Memo Style and click on Page Setup, click on the Paper tab and set it to A4 then click OK.
5. Create a new user profile and print to check the issue.
Hope this helps.

We just had that issue here, and it was an invalid character in the Signature. We removed the bad character and it was all good.

How were you able to determine which character was invalid? I am having this exact issue; I cant print emails from Outlook.
