Any suggestions as to how I set up an Azure Account on behalf of a Microsoft FTE? The MS-FTE is trying to take advantage of the internal Azure pricing and I need to confirm this procedure so they are charged accordingly. We will be migrating their existing on-site server tool to the cloud and maintaining the tool once stable. Before we can begin migration, need to set up the VM instances on a new account (linked to their Microsoft alias).

Thanks for your question.
In my opinion, you can create multiple subscriptions in an Azure account to easy view billing for each subscription and add users as co-administrators for a subscription using their Microsoft account to limit who can access the Windows Azure services associated with that subscription.
