@AzureSupport thanks for the help but can't run : "git config --system core.longpaths true" -> "permission denied" in the kudu debug console
@NCapito For further clarification, are you getting this error in Azure VM or Windows Server environment? ^TL
@AzureSupport I wish i knew: <app>.scm.azurewebsites.net/DebugConsole .This happened when i typed "rmdir repository/node_modules/"

I believe you all created this on my behalf. I was trying to remove my node_modules directory so I could start fresh.

Hi Nick,
Is this related to Azure Windows or just the windows server.
Where are you trying to deploy it using github.
We need more information to further troubleshoot on this.

This will work you run it in an elevated command prompt... (cmd icon, right click run as administrator)
