Hello,
What happens if you have a PC that goes through Autopilot/Intune and receives all settings/apps and then you remove the Intune license from the user? Will the settings be removed or will it simply not receive further settings from Intune?
Also is there anything that should be done on the PC itself after the license is removed?

Depends on whether the settings are deployed to the user or to the computer. Devices that Intune-licensed users "join" to Intune will remain until they are removed, so any device-level settings will continue to apply to that device regardless of whether the user still has access.
End users can force the removal of a device from Intune from Settings, and you can do it administratively. So if you are doing BYOD policies for Windows 10 devices through Intune, you'll want to make sure to remove any devices joined by a terminated user if they don't belong to the company.
