Windows 10 not displaying grey shading

Question

I have this issue with Windows 10 on Asus laptop not displaying grey background shading. It's not that all the grey colour that is not visible  but sometimes background or input fields. For example if I go to this website www.imdental.co.uk and scroll down to fees section I cannot see the background grey colour in the table with fees. Also the blue squares with with a picture of teeth inside white circles, I cannot see the grey teeth but can see the rest of the picture which is blue. Instead of grey I see just white which blends in with the white background of the web page. I also noticed similar thing when I have to fill in some form and the input fields are highlighted in grey. Because I cannot see the grey I sometimes don't know where the input field is and have the randomly click around to find it. It happens in all the browsers that i tried - Edge, Chrome, Firefox.

Is it something to do with my display settings?

Change the contrast of your display, you may test the same with deploying an external monitor.

I have the exact same issue on my asus laptop. The issue effects all browsers on my computer. When I reset it, sometimes the issue goes away but eventually it comes back.

Thanks for the suggestion, you were right. I went into the inter graphics control panel and changed the contrast and now the greys show up.
