How to restrict an user not to import/export .pst file from outlook?

Hi Team,

Is thee any way that we can restrict a standard user not to import/export .pst files from outlook?

Please share your views on it.

Hi Ram,

We can disable the Import/Export button under File > Open & Export menu via the Control ID 2577 with GPO. Please refer to the following article for the detailed steps:

However, users can still drag and drop emails or other Outlook items to PST file manually. If you want to totally prevent this, you will need to enable the follow two GPO settings:
