Converting ISO to EXE

We have windows 10.  Downloaded office professional.  They are ISO files.  Where do you find winrar to get the files converted?

.ISO files are an image of a CD/DVD media. They can be mounted using a variety of utilities.  You can also put a blank disc in and burn them to use them. 

7Zip is free and widely used. You can open an .ISO and extract the files to a folder and then use them.

You can double click the ISO file in Windows 10 and then Setup.exe is locate in the root folder for your installation in the running OS.
