MSN page open when i connect lan or wifi

Dear, 

I will not say this is an issue, but from last few weeks I am experiencing this. whenever I connect to LAN or wifi an MSN page get open. if I connect LAN 10 times in a day , MSN page opens 10 times.

Hi Vinit,

Have you installed any VPN software?

I guess that Win10 is testing connectivity and since the VPN is not running / connected the MSN page gets loaded up.

Also check this similar case, check if you are facing NCSI page.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet\EnableActiveProbing

Change the value to 0
