Windows 10 Media creation tool- error code: 0x80070005 - 0x20000 and WIndows Anniversary Update Assistant- error code: 0x80190001

I'm running windows version 10568.
I am behind a college proxy server, and use third party software Proxifier to run applications requiring internet access.

So, its not possible to download directly and the softwares are not able download Windows 10 Anniversary update.

Please provide some insights to problem and recommend a solution..

If you can't download the Windows 10 Anniversary Update by using Windows Update, you can download it directly here.

Is there anybody around you who already upgrade successfully?

If so, we can try this way: on the computer with 1607 installed, and locate into $WINDOWS.~BT hidden folder and find install.ESD

Then, according to the steps in this guide to make the installation media:

How about the issue, is there anything to update?
