When using word's insert Signature Line function to add signature to the document. Word automatically add the date on top of the signature. But the date format are always M/d/yyyy, is it possible to change it to d/M/yyyy ?
Steps to add signature I used:
1. In Word 2016, Insert -> Signature Line -> Enter the name in Suggested signer field -> OK
2. Right click on the added Signature Line -> Select sign
3. Press Select Image..., browse to a image file signature (Prepared by mspaint..etc.)
4. Word will add a date on top of the signature and the format are always Month/Day/Year. I want to change it to Day/Month/Year
Thank you.

Hi osaka,
There is no method to directly change the date format for Signature in Word app. Please consider to use the following setting as a workaround:
Go to Control Panel, click Region, in the Format tab, select English (United Kingdom), click Apply. Then the default Short date format will be changed to dd/MM/yyyy.
Restart Word 2016, then right-click the Signature Line > Sign, check if the date format is changed to what you want.
