HI
virtual windows server 2012 starting time going automatically in repairing mode please suggest.
coming graphic below option
1- continue exit and continue to windows server 2012 r2 - after clicking this is restarting coming same phase.
2- troubleshoot refresh and reset your pc or use advance tools- while clicking this coming recovery with image and command prompt
3- ternoff your pc
Please suggest how i can resolve this issue

One option is to run;
bcdedit /set {current} bootstatuspolicy ignoreallfailures

Hi ,
In the following situations, the system will boot to advance boot - Choose an option" screen
- If system finds any hardware issue which cause the boot failure, then it will boot to advance boot.
- We initiated the advance boot option manually.
- UEFI setting loads the system to the advance boot.
For your reference:
Windows 2012R2 does not boot automatically after BSOD
