In Excel 2003, I used the Number Format '"Yes";"Yes";"No"' to change the way a True/False value was displayed. Now that we have converted to 2010, that number format is not working. I need this to be done in the NUMBER FORMAT, NOT in an additional formula in another cell.

Hi,
Based on my research, Number Format adds some new functions between Excel2010 and Excel 2003.
We can custom Number Format easylier and find the feature in Robbon.
I recommend we checkt the Number Format iN Excel 2010, Please refer to the below link:

I've found a solution to this - I've used conditional formatting to achieve this.
Set 2 conditions - one when the value is equal to TRUE, the other for FALSE.
For TRUE, set the formatting to Custom number format ;;;"Yes" and for FALSE, set it to ;;;"No".
True/False seem to be evaluated as text/strings in the custom number formatting sequence.
I hope this (belatedly) helps.
