Hi,
Firstly, Event ID 7036 just notifies that a service has changed its state. See, Event ID 7036 — Basic Service Operations.
So, is there any issue with Multimedia Class Scheduler service? Is this service stopped by you manually?
Please check if there is any other related error in event log. Also, please let us know the edition of your operating system.

Hope this helps.
