Since I have downloaded 10, I have not been able to access Kohl's charge account, I either get a blank page or a mssg of do not recognize user Id and/or password. I clicked on "forgot password", it sends a new temporary password and still doesn't work. I called Kohl's customer service and they say they have heard that there have been some problems with accessing their site as well as some other banking sites with windows 10 internet and edge browser. Is there a solution besides downloading another internet browser?

Hi,
We hope your issue has been resolved.
The new browser on Windows 10 does have some compatible issues with specific websites, As mentioned by S.Sengupta, Internet Explorer is installed on Windows 10 by default (C:\Programs\Internet Explorer). You can also click on options (three dots) Edge and choose open it with Internet Explorer.

Tried that, cleared the browser still does not work. I have two websites that I access every month and am not able to access my accounts. They pull up my "saved usernames and passwords" but will not recognize me when I click on submit??? Kohl's customer service says it has to do with the Windows 10, they have had problems with other customers complaining about the same issue. Won't recognize even though it pulls up the saved username and passwords on these websites? Does not want to recognize my computer?

That's strange and undesirable.
Have you checked the issue with different browsers?
