Hello,
Inside MS Project 2016, is it possible to export the tasks for each resources inside their Outlook Agenda ?
Is it possible to add the field 'site" inside each task ?
This field contain a real value, a site, a town, a road.
The goal is to check for the same resource (person) that the time necessary between 2 tasks on the same day for 2 different site is enough or not.
I mean : If I 'm on the site A and finish my task at 10:00 AM, and the second site need 200 km and more or less 2 hours, I need to be sure that the tasks start at 02:00 PM after lunch time, not at 11:00 AM.

Hi,
As far as I know, it's possible to import Project tasks to Outlook Calendars and Tasks. To do this, you also need to use Excel.
You can create a custom filed "Site" in both Project and Outlook. You can refer to Create a custom field for help. Then you can add site values for each task in Project.
After you finish editing tasks, you can export them to a Excel spreadsheet. You can select Data and create a new map or use a existing map in Export Wizard. Remember to Click Add All to add your custom field "Site" when you map data.
Open the exported workbook in Excel, save it as a .csv file.
You can refer to Create a custom field for Outlook messages to create custom fields according to the task data in Project. The method applies to Outlook tasks as well.

Then you can follow the suggestion in the thread :Outlook 2016: Excel import to import your .csv file into Outlook. You need to map your task data with Outlook fields.
For more information about import and export in Project and Outlook, read Import and export and Export project data to Excel.
Here is a tutorial for Office 2010: Exporting Tasks from Project into Your Outlook Calendar. If you use Outlook 2016, there is not the option to import Excel spreadsheet.

Hope the information was helpful. If you have any question on using Outlook, you can also ask question in Outlook Forums for help.
If you have any updates, feel free to post back to let us know.
Best Regards,
Herb

Hello,
Well, it seems to be not usefull.
The goal is to know if Microsoft do the job to integrate Outlokk functions inside MS Project, with some updates or plugins.
Something more easy to use :
"click on the task and apply a meeting for the resources very quickly..."
