Hi Dave,

Based on my research, the rwz file is not editable outside of outlook.

In addition, how did you export Outlook rules into a txt file? Outlook doesn't have such a build-in feature. Also, Outlook doesn't provide a feature to import a txt formatted rules file directly, and we have no idea if there is any third-party utility can achieve the goal.

Thanks,

It's recommended to download and install Configuration Analyzer Tool (OffCAT), which is developed by Microsoft Support teams. Once the tool is installed, you can run it at any time to scan for hundreds of known issues in Office programs.

Thank you for the update, Dave. I'm afraid there is no such a tool available to convert .txt file to .rwz file.
