When Windows 10 is installed there are files that are installed in the partitions and files that are installed on the C drive.
To view the files on the C drive you can use file explorer to view the contents and the size.
During the installation of Windows 10 language files and folders are installed into the reserved partition.
How do you view the size of the language files and folders within the partition?
During the installation of Windows 10 fonts are installed into the reserved partition.
How do you view the size of the font files and folders within the partition?
How do you get a list of the other files and folders that are installed in the partition?

If you want to see the contents in system reserved partition, go to Disk Management and assign a drive letter to the partition. Also, open Folder Options, move to View tab, tick Show hidden files, folders, and drives and Hide protected operating system files(Recommended) options.
I suggest you remove the drive letter after viewing the contents
