Hi I'm new to Sharepoint. I'm pretty sure it's Sharepoint 2013.
In edit mode of a page, I click the Insert tab and add a picture. How do I move the image around?
I've seen youtube videos of people being able to drag images around the page wherever they want. When they click the image, a border with handles (to adjust size) appears. But for me, when I click an image, it simply highlights it but I can't do anything with it. Even though I'm in edit mode. I even made sure the image is not linked to anything.

I've had mixed luck dragging anything in a SharePoint page. While you should see the handles, and resize the picture, you will have limited options to drag the picture. If you click the Position dropdown of the Image ribbon menu you will see a set of options for positioning the picture relative to the line of text that it's in. (Left, Right, Inline, Top, Middle, Bottom) These are the basic CSS positioning attributes, and those listed do not let you drag the picture to just anywhere, but only to a place relative to other text.
What I usually do is use Cut and Paste to move pictures in a page from one section of text to another.
You will get different results in different browsers and versions.
