Hello

I've looked at a lot of information about the two versions.

I do not think that will be updated every six months. It has a lot of unnecessary programs(Microsoft Edge, Windows Store, Candy Crush, Xbox, Music) takes a little more disk space. On security substantial difference not saw

I want to consult about which of the two versions to update?

For general purpose machines (if, if it has Office isntalled), Microsoft recommend CBB or CB. For "kiosk" or specialised devices, LTSB.
