Hello,
Thank you for posting in this forum.
File sharing requires SMB protocol support. In general, if Win 95 supports the SMB protocol, then we can share files between Win 95 and Win 10. This article indicates that the SMB protocol has been supported since the Win 95 operating system.
Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.
Obviously, what Win 95 supports is the earlier version of the SMB protocol, so we have to enable SMBv1 on Win 10. Go to Control Panel->Programs->Turn Windows feature on or off, then check "SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support" and click "OK".
Then you can share files between Win 95 and Win 10. However, since Win 95 is an operating system that was introduced a long time ago, there are a lot of features that are not perfect, so I can't guarantee that you can successfully share files between Win 95 and Win 10.
Best Regards,
Leon

I doubt that you will get it to work. The methods of file sharing and the permissions are too different, even with SMB1 and Netbios over TCP/IP enabled.
I can get files from Windows 10 to Win98 but only in two steps. I copy the files from Win10 to a file called Win10Shares on WinXP. Win98 can then see that share in XP.
If you have a network drive you can probably move files through that instead.
