At every restart is present 4 warnings: id 200, 201, 202

1-Internet connection is not available in Management network list.

2-Can not connect to Windows Update.

3-Can not connect to Windows Metadata and Internet Services (WMIS).

Anyway, please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. perform a clean boot and check if issue insists: (Follow the article here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/331796);

2. Check your startup services; (Task manager- startup tab, see if there are too many, if possible, disable some of them);

Then we should check the Task Scheduler, follow the steps below:

Also please check Windows Update and the network connection under clean boot. Run the troubleshooter for Windows Update and the network, then check issue again.

Only use windows defender!

I temporarily resolved by changing the "Settings installation devices" as shown.
