Have the following error in my events log

The Execute method of job definition Microsoft.Office.Server.Search.Administration.CustomDictionaryDeploymentJobDefinition (ID 4ed9e1ac-0fab-496e-8adc-097fc5e932fd) threw an exception. More information is included below.

So looking up the error in the uls log

Please try to reset Index, then do full crawl for your content sources.

1. Check if MMS working

2. Check Search Service account has access to MMS.

The managed Metadata Server is up and running and the search account has access.
