Hello,
This is my first question i have ever posted, so bear with me if i am missing any Pertinent information.
I have a client who is using Microsoft Visio Standard 2019 and is using a VLSC license.
He is using a Lenovo Thinkcentre and is running windows 10 Pro version 2004. They have Trend Micro WFBS for antivirus.
Things i have tried to correct the issue:
1. Applied all available office updates
2. Upgraded the OS from version 1809 to version 2004
3. Upgraded all available hardware drivers.
4. Temporarily turned off antivirus
5. Rebooted several times
6. Uninstalled office 365 proplus
7. Uninstalled Visio Standard 2019
8. Reinstalled Visio Standard 2019 using the deployment tool
Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dom,
Please try to repair Visio:
In Windows, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, select Microsoft Visio 2019, click Change > Online Repair. After finish the repairing, confirm if the issue can be fixed.
If Visio still crashes, please try to use the tool ( Completely uninstall Office with the uninstall support tool) within the article below:
