Windows Hello for Business Credentials Could Not Be Verified

Hello,

When trying to sign in to Windows using Windows Hello fingerprint or PIN error "Windows couldn't sign you in. Credentials could not be verified" is thrown.

Any suggestions?

1. Disable Microsoft Hello in Start->Settings->Accounts->Sign-in option or in local group policy
2. Then restart the machine
3. Log on with local admin account
4. Re-enable the Windows Hello feature
5. Configure the Pin as you need

Thank you for the suggestion but none of these fixes worked.

I was unable to disable Windows Hello as it is enabled by a domain group policy.

I have tried your suggestion and now I get the following message.

Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available *status 0xc00000bb, substatus: 0x0). Click to set up your PIN again.

When I click the Set up my PIN nothing happens.

Question: Was that issue ever been solved ? If so, please share your experience as I am facing the same problem.
