Every time I try to import my contacts (CVS file) a message appears that says the file is empty or not in the correct format. I have checked the file and it's not empty and has the right format.
What can I do?

If it's an issue on Outlook.com, better to post the thread in:http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com

How did you get the CVS file? Did you try to import the contacts on https://people.live.com/?

Cada vez que intento importar mis contactos (archivo CVS) aparece un mensaje que dice que el archivo está vacío o que no está en el formato correcto. Se revisó el archivo y no está vacío y tiene el formato correcto.
¿Qué puedo hacer?
