Hi

We can not open Powerpoint file on file server by double click(error is as below), but can open it by right click then select Open.

Access denied. Please contact the administrator

How to fixed it?

Hi Chau,

Let’s find solution from this case:

Access Denied. Contact Your Administrator

Even though the op there has question with Word, but thing is same, still try to clear temp files and task ownership methods.
