Hello ,

Did user access share folder or local folder? Does the issue occur on other encrypted folders?

Is it available to access the folder successfully before?

I noticed you said user need to enter password when they want to access them, but as I know if you use file system to encrypt folder, the credential will reserve under user account, so there is no need to enter password. May I know the encrypted measure of the user?

For “The specified file could not be decrypted" issue, we should make sure the decrypt account is the owner of this folder, if not try to take owner.
