Hello,
I have an error every second written in the SoftwareDistribution.log files on all the Software Update Point Servers...
C:\Program Files\Update Services\LogFiles\SoftwareDistribution.log

Where to look to correct this error?
I saw several article saying to do a WSUS Cleanup:
is it to run "WSUSutil.exe Reset"?
From the All Updates view, filter on Approval=Approved and Status=Installed/NotApplicable. Enable the Superseded column and the Installed/NotApplicable Percentage column. Sort on the Superseded column, focusing on updates with the blue icon at the bottom and in the middle. Select those updates with Installed/NotApplicable Percentage = 100% that are superseded. Decline them. Performed monthly this exercise should take no more than 10 minutes.
Run the Server Cleanup Wizard.
Try "WSUSutil.exe Reset"
To do that: Navigate to the "C:/program files/updates services/tools" on the WSUS server and run the "WSUSutil.exe Reset".
bitsadmin /reset /allusers
What will happen?
Is it the same within SCCM?
Thanks,
Dom

that look like a random gathering of random tweaks. some of that is not really relevant to a SUP, because you would not normally have any approvals within WSUS upon a SUP, because SCCM handles deployment inside SCCM.
but you should be doing monthly maintenance on all of your WSUS and SUP anyway.
also, you reported the same issue in April, what happened with that?
Don [doesn't work for MSFT, and they're probably glad about that ;]

If you are looking for WSUS clean up and maintenance you can follow this guide which i created. Those logs as DonPick stated are more tweak logs for Update file locations. Once a clean up has been initiated this should stop logging as often
