the "S-1-XXX" folders are the recycle bins for other users.
So if you deleted a file while you were logged in as a different user, the file will not be found in your own recycle bin, but in the other users'.
Here is a good explanation: What happens to files in the Recycle Bin when I delete my account?

A search does not search the Recycle Bin folder.
Do you have hidden and system files showing in File Explorer? Did you manually check the $Recycle.Bin and then the folder contained in there? Did the files show Recycle Bin folder on the Desktop?

I'm happy that I found the file!
for interest about the context of this behaviour I did so as you suggested but without coming to a conclusion.
Perhaps the place of finding is a relict from Windows 8.1 before upgrade

Thank you EckiS,
but why the folder
S-1-5-21-1364148588-1776458165-4292085709-1008
is not listed in File Explorer, where the file was found?
I made a backup of all $Recycle.Bin content with robocopy
and purged the gigabyte relicts from SSD and HD
