Network Emulator Toolkit is not working in Windows 10 Version 10.0.17134.523
In the past i always had used NETW in XP and Win7 with no problem
Now, i´m trying to simulate some latency, but using Windows 10
The App is old, 2011, so it´s possible that it´s not compatible anymore
The behaviour now, is no communication is alowed when the filter is created and started the simulation
The NETW is a very good and comprehensive tool, there is an alternative?

Hello KayZerSoze,
Thank you for posting in this forum.
Yes, using this tool on Windows 10 can cause problems with network disconnection.
The general solution is to use previous version of the operating system, but this is definitely not what you want.
I found a similar tool, but I don't know if it meets your needs.
Augmented Traffic Control: A tool to simulate network conditions

It looks like your suggested tool, is not a Windows-based tool.
Maybe it could run in Widnows by using a bunch of support tools, but it´s not a windows .exe binary
