Hyper-V Feature is unknown and unable to install.

How can I add Hyper-V Feature on the Windows 10?

I am running Windows 10.0.14393 build 14393. When I first installed Windows 10 out of the box. The Hyper-V feature was available. After my computer was hacked, I noticed several functions and features were missing. Among the missing features were Hyper-V and SetACL.exe. I tried to use powershell enable-windowsOptionalFeatures command-let which failed. Is there any other commands I use to repair Windows 10 to add features erased and discard after my computer was hacked. Hackers you have to hate them!!!!

Thanks for any help you can provide.

can you give the error message of Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature?
Is the feature even available in "Programs and Features"?

I received Error Message  "Feature name Microsoft-Hyper-V is unknown" from Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature. The Hyper-V option is not available in Programs and Features.

Just as Eckis said, Hyper-V on Windows 10 only works under a specific set of operating system and hardware configurations. This document shows the Hyper-V requirements, and how you can check your system for compatibility.

Thus you cannot add the Hyper-V feature on your Windows Home Edition.
