Hi,
I have a hyper-V CentOS(7.7.1810) guest, but not able to see that in full screen. What am i missing ?

Thanks for posting in our forum!
Please try to run the following command:
$sudo grubby --update-kernel=ALL --args="video=hyperv_fb:2560x1440"
$sudo reboot
