Question

Hi,
I'm having trouble connecting to the ReadyNAS 2100 via iSCSI from Windows Server 2008 R2's iSCSI Initiator. I get the error "Authorization Failure" in Sever 2008 R2 when trying to connect.
I've set-up access control and set the IQN to iqn.2010-03.readynas2100:store on the ReadNAS. I've also tried setting it to iqn.2010-03.org.uk.XXXX:readynas2100, but the but initiator name in Windows is showing up wrong (it's showing up as iqn.2010-03.readynas2100:store when trying to connect).
CHAP isn't set-up, but should any extra settings be configured that I haven't configured?
I've asked this question on the ReadyNAS forums also, but have had no response.
Thanks very much,
Dan

You may need to re-create a Initiator. This post may help: iSCSI Authorization failure - http://www.chicagotech.net/netforums/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=13582&p=19161#p19161 Bob Lin, MS-MVP Networking, Internet, Routing, VPN Troubleshooting on
