first, I use the following commands in Command Prompt (Admin) a try:
bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON
After doing so, restart your PC.
it still doesn't work,
second, I changed the startup settings.
- Start your computer and then keep pressing the F8 key before Windows starts. You will see the Advanced Options screen.
- Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings and click the Restart button.
- When your computer restarts you’ll see a list of options. Press F7 on your keyboard to select Disable driver signature enforcement.
- Your computer will now restart and you’ll be able to install unsigned drivers.
This method only work one time and it could not work after reboot again.
Any idea?

Hi,
Yes, for your second method, bear in mind that this method only temporarily disables driver signature enforcement. I tried these commands are invalid. driver signature enforcement has changed in Windows 10. It is different from Windows 7, driver signature enforcement will keep reactivating after reboot. It is impossible to disable driver signature enforcement permanently on Windows 10 machine. This is because driver Signing changes in Windows 10
